It looks like there is a combiination of SimpleAuthManagerUser and FabAuthManager which should generally **never** happen - you either use one or another as auth manager. For some reason (unfortunately, you have apparently forgotten to mention what exactly you do to have that stacktrace) - whatever you do is trying to mix those two - either by trying to make a FAB-related CLI call on SimpleAuthManager or the opposite. But how exactly you got to this situation it's hard to say because you have not explained what you are doing and the detailed sequence of steps to get you to that situation.
