URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/57693

   ### Body

I think there needs to be a separation and ideally logical date is null.

Because otherwise we are restricted by logical date uniqueness (though
maybe, again, we can get rid of it).

But what are the implications for features like xcom and certain context
vars that use logical date?
   * how will scheduling work if we are partition driven and not logical date
driven?
   * maybe we actually need to use logical date for the scheduling component?

   ### Committer

   - [x] I acknowledge that I am a maintainer/committer of the Apache Airflow
project.
