We are cleaning smartly. We are setting the datamodels used in
auto-generated CLI implementation means operation, adding the datamodel if any
operation includes a datamodel from generated files. These are then used in
cleaning None values if they are optional and not set from the CLI. This will
prevent setting values to send to the API.
Final PR, after merging this and syncing to 3-1. I will create a version
change to 0.* PR, we will be ready to create a tag and go for RC with new
versioning.
