Fixes 3 failing tests in `test_connection.py::TestConnection::test_get_uri`
that were failing in CI with `cryptography.fernet.InvalidToken` errors in

### Root Cause
The `get_fernet()` function in `airflow/models/crypto.py` uses `@cache`
decorator, which caches the Fernet encryption instance. When tests run in
parallel or sequence:
1. A test encrypts Connection passwords with one cached Fernet key
2. Another test attempts to decrypt with a different key (or no key)
3. This causes `InvalidToken` exceptions
### Solution
Added an `autouse` fixture to `TestConnection` class that clears the Fernet
cache before and after each test.
