@Vasu-Madaan sure, as expected, this goes is sanitized as `=` in pods manager. To be explicit, can we also sanitize it https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/11239b0379728e45dff3860760c59076a1bd9ca4/providers/cncf/kubernetes/src/airflow/providers/cncf/kubernetes/operators/pod.py#L1284?
