We are also releasing Airflow 3.1.3rc1 and Task-SDK 1.1.3rc1 today or
tomorrow - and I already cherry-picked it there. Also there is a small (Well
-19.000 lines) follow up aafter I found out that we don't really need to keep
LICENCE files in instaled python site-packages (we anyhow have the same licence
header in all source files there). https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/58191

   > Either way, really appreciate the quick fix!

It's us who really appreciate the shout-out, especially when - like you did
- it's done in welcoming and collaborative way, rather than demanding one. You
even opened a PR to fix it and even if it was not a complete one, I really
appreciate how you raised it with all the links to the right policy and
mentioned that it should be fixed only in the next releases. This is - I think
a model way of how things like that should be reported to us - assuming that
we've made an innocent mistake or that we have not read all the documents or
that we missed something or misinterpreted it.

cc: @sebb @markt-asf -> we've been discussing recently the model ways how
mistakes, misinterpretations can be handled. I think there is a lot to learn
from that one single PR and what happened next.
