### Apache Airflow version 3.1.2 ### If "Other Airflow 2/3 version" selected, which one? _No response_ ### What happened? I have an old airflow an ran a new airflow version and the alembic_version was updated. I didn't ran any migrations and just go back to the old airflow. In result the old airflow starts complaining that It needs to migrations. ### What you think should happen instead?
