   @dondaum  We've hit that chicken egg problem before, not sure if we've 
documented some best practice somewhere @potiuk ? I think the most important 
part is that you must set dependency in other providers to the next version of 
common.compat (so that it reflects the reality) and then actually bump the 
version of common.compat yourself in the provider.yml (and let the release 
manager know that you did that).
