# Description
This PR fixes a flaky test `test_next_dagrun_after_fake_scheduled_previous`
in `tests/unit/models/test_dag.py`.
**The Issue:**
The test was failing during month-end boundaries (e.g., when the test runs
close to midnight on the last day of the month). The test was comparing a
calculated next run date (based on `dag.next_dagrun`) against
`timezone.utcnow()`.
If the calculation happened in one month (e.g., Nov) but the assertion ran
in the next month (e.g., Dec), it resulted in:
`AssertionError: assert 11 == 12`
**The Fix:**
I used `time_machine` to freeze the time to a static date (`2025-11-11`).
This ensures the test is deterministic and independent of the actual execution
time.
