I'd say #57880 partially fixes the problem. There is no problem anymore with day and month fields, but there is still an issue with the year field as mentioned here: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/57880#pullrequestreview-3434808232 If you fill completely one of the datetime fields, then focus back on the year it doesn't work properly.
