##WHAT Changes the flow of delete_succeeded_pods to keep only failed pods when this option is enabled. ##WHY Failed pods are important for troubleshooting purposes, especially when observability has a lower collection frequency (for example, 30 seconds for OpenTelemetry Collectors).
