I reached out in the `#contributors` Slack channel to ask about the remaining 4 CI failures. I'm not sure exactly what the issue is, or how I could replicate those failures locally but one response mentioned they were seeing similar issues in a separate branch, and they [pointed to this PR](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/59218).
