While reviewing [PR #59374](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/59374), I noticed that running multiple tests locally in parallel causes many tests to fail with "Too many requests" (429) errors during login. See [comment](https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/59374#issuecomment-3678541110) for details.
