It's also present in Run and Task instance page where the pending runs info might not be present. We are yet to adapt HITL operators and with the default refresh being 3 seconds I thought it will be good to always show it instead of API call per refresh loop just to decide whether the tab should be displayed or not. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
