While looking at the document I realized that the content and rules are a bit outdated as we have 2.11 only as mainteannce and meanwhile we rather maintain 3.1-line. Not sure whether we should keep this document at all as it was targettet at the point we were forking-off Airflow 3 and made 2.10 being a special maintenance... feedback welcome.
