   How to write a good git commit message:
   http://chris.beams.io/posts/git-commit/
   -->

   We can now deprecate the `airflow.utils.entry_points` helpers as it is moved
to shared module_loading and is not really a public API.

   For this case, since its not public API, we do not want to rely on exisiting
deprecation tooling's message system. It issues in the format:
   ```python
   from airflow.utils.xcom import XCOM_RETURN_KEY
   <ipython-input-10-5dbe8f44c1f0>:1 DeprecatedImportWarning: The
`airflow.utils.xcom.XCOM_RETURN_KEY` attribute is deprecated. Please use
`'airflow.models.xcom.XCOM_RETURN_KEY'`.
   ```

   But in our case, the new path is shared library which we do not want to
display to users, part of the reason also being that its more like an internal
helper. So I made some tweaks to the deprecation tooling as well to take in a
custom message and prioritise that when a custom message is provided or else
fall back to earlier mechanism.
