@bbovenzi updating the banner to show that multiple backfills are happening
at once would be great. For this first version I avoided making any changes
that involve new translation variables. Reading the internationalization
documentation, it seems as though I can just add the default (en) variable if I
add a new string? I could add a link on a new line in the banner that says
"View All {{ count }} Backfills" when there is more than one happening.
I added a screenshot of what it currently looks like, with the banner
showing only the first backfill.
