   @ashb Hum... Maybe this is not a problem? Tested on [this 
branch](https://github.com/KevinYang21/incubator-airflow/tree/kevin_yang_fix_my_bad)
 and saw this:

   If we query one dag run we'll get what you see but seems like it's becasue 
tasks started at different times and we got concurrency set bigger than one. Do 
you think that is the case on your side too?
