This PR adds the Timezone to all types of dates in the UI Used existing DEFAULT_DATETIME_FORMAT_WITH_TZ in the datetimeUtil.ts and replaced the DEFAULT_DATETIME_FORMAT with DEFAULT_DATETIME_FORMAT_WITH_TZ in the places where Date is shown in the UI.
