In
`airflow-core/src/airflow/api_fastapi/execution_api/routes/task_instances.py`,
the RTIF endpoint (`PUT /{task_instance_id}/rtif`) defines responses manually.
Evaluate whether it should use `create_openapi_http_exception_doc` for
consistency with other endpoints.
