   What about a deferrable mode for this operator? Could you possibly implement 
that as well in this PR?

Review Comment:
   Are these valid? Will this dag actually run successfully? We expect the 
system test example dags to be fully runnable.
   Also, what SES resources need to be setup for this to work?
