`session_lifetime_minutes` is still relevant for fab provider and still is
configurable `conf.get("fab", "session_lifetime_minutes", fallback=None)`.
`PERMANENT_SESSION_LIFETIME` is derived from it. So correctly setting this
config parameter should do the trick I believe and I think we can close this.
