## Summary Related Issue: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/60668 Removes deprecated configuration options from old sections when displaying config via `as_dict()` to prevent duplication and ensure sensitive flags are properly applied. ## Problem When displaying configuration in the Airflow web UI, deprecated options (e.g., `core.sql_alchemy_conn`) were shown alongside their new counterparts (e.g., `database.sql_alchemy_conn`), causing: 1. Duplicate entries in the configs screen 2. Potential sensitive information exposure, as deprecated options in old sections may not have sensitive flags properly applied ## Solution Added logic in `as_dict()` to filter out deprecated options from old sections when the same option exists in the new section, ensuring only the new section's configuration (with proper sensitive handling) is displayed. ## Related Issue Fixes duplicate display of deprecated config options in web UI. <!-- Thank you for contributing!
