This PR fixes an issue in the navigation bar where the Blog menu item was
marked as active for all blog URLs, even when a more specific blog-related menu
item (such as **Airflow Survey 2024**) was selected from the nav.
**Before changes**: ("Blog" also get active when we click on "**Airflow
survey 2024**")
