## Description
Added comprehensive E2E tests for the Plugins page using Playwright,
covering listing and Pagination.
## Changes
- Created `PluginsPage.ts` and `Plugins.specs.ts` page object with reusable
methods for interacting with the Connections UI
- Plugins list display and validation
- Pagination navigation
Tested on local.
