For `apache-airflow-providers-cncf-kubernetes==10.12.3rc1`: Changes in PR #60532 are working as intended with no observed regressions. Changes in PR #60717 only apply to a rare scenario which cannot be reproduced deterministically. The unit tests are sufficient.
