I would like to work on this issue. I've reviewed the current implementation in airflow/models/deadline.py and noted that DagRunQueuedAtDeadline is already implemented. I plan to complete the remaining parts of the issue by implementing: JobStartDateDeadline (referencing Job.start_date) SerializedDagLastUpdatedDeadline (referencing SerializedDagModel.last_updated) I've verified that the existing _fetch_from_db helper is compatible with these models.
