   Yes. If you want to get upgrades - do not create noise in issues but follow 
what is being developed. 
   
   If you look at main - Higher Fast API version is avaialble in Airflow 3.2 - 
(main). The best way you can speed up your upgrade is to subscribe to devlist 
and watch when we ask people to test Alpha/Beta/RC candidates and upgrade when 
it is ready. This is the standard way we are updating dependencies and users 
like yours are expected to upgrade to latest version.
   
   Or .. If you **really** want to upgrade to latest versions, we welcome 
contributions - and your company might invest in backporting all needed changes 
to `v3-1-test` branch. This is way faster than openinig issues here.
