This PR completes the Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translations for Airflow UI
elements.

Add 14 missing keys
#### assets.json
Add 7 missing keys
#### browse.json
Add 18 missing keys
#### common.json
Add 27 missing keys and remove 7 extra keys (`pools.*`).
#### components.json
Add 20 missing keys
#### dag.json
Add 26 missing keys
#### dags.json
Add 3 missing keys
#### dashboard.json
Add 1 missing key
#### hitl.json
Add 4 missing keys
This achieves 100% zh-CN translation coverage (787/787 keys).
