   @potiuk  oh this makes more sense. AGENTS.md has something similar mentioned 
as well.
   
   i was thinking of something similar too when i was reading AGENTS.md (you 
have this mentioned there):
   
   `If uv tests fail with missing system dependencies, run the tests with 
breeze: breeze run pytest <tests> -xvs`
   
   this might also be easier to maintain long term since the agent skills would 
reflect the contributing docs, just in a more structured way for agents
