> We just went through an upgrade from 2.11 to 3.1.7 and this is causing a bunch of issues since we store all of our connections through a Google secrets backend without a `conn_type` and it required going through each one and re-setting it with a placeholder `conn_type`. [The "Upgrading to Airflow 3" breaking changes](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/installation/upgrading_to_airflow3.html#breaking-changes) should be updated to include this.
