   ## Problem

`AsyncKubernetesHook.read_logs` crashes with `UnicodeDecodeError` when pod
output contains non-UTF-8 bytes. This happens with deferrable KPO tasks that
have `logging_interval` set — if the pod emits binary data or tqdm progress
bars with truncated multi-byte sequences at chunk boundaries,
`kubernetes_asyncio`'s internal `response_data.data.decode(encoding)` raises
and kills the entire task.

   ## Root Cause

`kubernetes_asyncio`'s `ApiClient.call_api` decodes response bytes with
strict UTF-8 internally. There's no way to configure the error handler, so any
non-UTF-8 byte in pod logs causes an unhandled `UnicodeDecodeError` that
propagates up through `read_logs` → `fetch_container_logs_before_current_sec` →
trigger → task failure.

   ## Fix

Catch `UnicodeDecodeError` in `read_logs` and retry the same request with
`_preload_content=False` to get raw bytes, then decode with `errors='replace'`.
This replaces invalid bytes with U+FFFD replacement characters instead of
crashing. Added a corresponding unit test.

   Closes: #63173
