   #### Description
This PR adds an enable_lineage parameter to the S3Hook. This allows users to
explicitly disable hook-level lineage collection, which is necessary for
high-frequency S3 operations that otherwise generate excessive metadata and
overhead.

   Added enable_lineage: bool = True to S3Hook.__init__.

Updated S3Hook to respect this flag before exposing lineage in methods like
load_string.

Included comprehensive unit tests to verify both default behavior and the
disabling mechanism.

   closes: #63371
