Add `*.iml` to `.gitignore` in every distribution that has a `pyproject.toml`. The root `.gitignore` already ignores `*.iml`, but when building sdist or wheel packages, only the distribution's own `.gitignore` is consulted. Distributions that lacked their own `.gitignore` (or didn't include `*.iml` in it) could accidentally package IntelliJ IDEA module files into the built artifacts.
