Review Comment:
   hm, If I understood you correctly expression:
   ```
   lambda a, b=5, c: (a, b, c)
   ```
   is not really valid Python expression. `c` can't be required after default 
parameter `b`. if `b` will be a `context` key, then yes, `c` will have `None` 
by default which is already covered. I think in that case this test not really 
necessary  at all, because it is incorrect in Python syntax.
