I verified the targeted regression coverage for my changes in
`airflow-ctl/0.1.3rc2`.
Passed on the RC tag:
- #62662 `connections import` works when `extra` is omitted
- #62702 `--action-on-existing-key` is propagated correctly for both
`connections import` and `pools import`
- #62665 `pools export --output table|yaml|plain` uses the selected
formatter
- #63048 `execute_list` sends `limit` on the first and subsequent
paginated requests
- #62627 related console-formatting regression tests also pass
For my changes, the issues look addressed.
