`TERMINAL_STATUSES` only included SUCCEEDED and FAILED, missing STOPPED. When a Ray job was manually stopped, the polling loop would spin until timeout and raise AirflowTaskTimeout instead of exiting cleanly. Added STOPPED to match Ray's own `is_terminal()` definition.
