Mark UI E2E tests that consistently fail in scheduled CI runs. - Add `xcoms.spec.ts` to `testIgnore` — nearly every test in this file fails across all browsers (5/6 scheduled runs) - Mark individual flaky tests as `test.fixme()` in: backfill, dag-code-tab, dag-calendar-tab, dags-list, dag-audit-log, events-page, task-instances Identified by analyzing the last 6 scheduled test runs that had UI E2E failures (runs from March 28–29, 2026).
