Thanks for bringing this up — there would definitely be interest in a proper SAP HANA provider package. A lot of teams use Airflow to orchestrate workloads against HANA, and while `DbApiHook` *mentions* HANA in the docstring, the reality is exactly what you described: most of the base methods don’t work out‑of‑the‑box and need to be overridden. If you already have working hooks/operators internally, making them public would be hugely valuable. Even if they start as a community‑maintained provider, it gives others a solid foundation instead of everyone reinventing the same fixes. From there, it could evolve into an official provider if enough users adopt it.
