Add `auth_protocol` parameter to SambaHook to support Kerberos, NTLM, and
negotiate authentication. Previously the hook always used username/password
auth, ignoring the `{"auth": "kerberos"}` connection extra, which caused
SpnegoError failures for Kerberos-configured connections.
