Description:
Remove additional python2 related code from the code base.
(move to
[AIRFLOW-6318|https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/AIRFLOW/issues/AIRFLOW-6318]
)And also change the default Python interpreter for Dataflow to python3 given
that it is nearly finished.
