## Why `_get_latest_runs_stmt()` and `_get_latest_runs_stmt_partitioned()` returned `DagRun` rows with only part of the timetable-related state loaded. Later in the same flow, `DagModel.calculate_dagrun_date_fields()` passes that `DagRun` into `timetable.run_info_from_dag_run()`, which reads `run_after`, `partition_date`, and `partition_key`. Because those fields were omitted from `load_only()`, SQLAlchemy could lazily fetch them later, adding an extra round trip for each Daf. Loading the fields up front keeps the query aligned with how the returned `DagRun` is actually used and avoids that follow-up query. FYI: this change does not alter scheduling behavior.
