docs(mission): add Calvin Kirs + Apache LDAP IDs for all roster members
(#144)
Two changes landed together:
1. Add Calvin Kirs to the ASF-members roster (got back to me
saying yes alongside the other late additions).
2. Add Apache LDAP IDs in parentheses for every roster entry.
The IDs anchor the roster to ASF identity for the 20 May
Board resolution — no ambiguity about which "Justin" or
"Paul" is on the list.
All IDs derived from the @apache.org email each member uses,
with two exceptions worth flagging in review:
- **Calvin Kirs (kirs)** — best-guess ID; needs Calvin to
confirm.
- **Justin Mclean (jmclean)** — best-guess ID (Justin
primarily uses [email protected]); needs Justin
to confirm.
Same .asf.yaml-cap caveat as #138 / #140 applies: collaborators
block deliberately left untouched.
