All five trigger entries originally allowlisted in `scripts/ci/prek/check_trigger_serialize_init.py` have now been fixed in separate PRs (#66965, #66966, #66968, #67053). With every parameter round-tripping through `serialize()`, the allowlist itself can go: this removes `KNOWN_VIOLATIONS` entirely and points the exclusion lookup at `BY_DESIGN_EXCLUSIONS` (the only set the check still needs).
