**Tested RC:** `apache-airflow-providers-databricks==7.15.0rc1`
**Related PRs: **#66072, #67055
### Test steps
1. Upgraded provider to `7.15.0rc1`
2. Created a Databricks connection using **user managed identity auth**
3. Created a DAG using the `job_parameters` param
4. First run – with `job_parameters`
- Checkpoint 1: connection to Databricks → ✅ **pass**
- Checkpoint 2: repair run with job_parameters → ✅ **pass**
5. Second run – without `job_parameters`
- Checkpoint: repair run without `job_parameters `→ ✅ **pass**
### Conclusion
✅ Both PRs (#66072, #67055) are addressed.
✅ No regressions observed for the tested scenarios.
