Thanks for the triage @jroachgolf84, and noted on the cc to @karenbraganz. I'd like to take this. Plan: start with the generic SQL-truthy sensor (Option A in the description), modelled on `SqlSensor`. The window-existence variant (Option B) can land in the same PR or as a follow-up, depending on review preference. This is a follow-up to my earlier PR #58929 (initial InfluxDB 3 support) and is the companion to #67107.
