Additional detail for review: the visual effect is limited to the Dashboard Pool Summary aggregate bar. For pools with `include_deferred=false`, `deferred_slots` are excluded from the aggregate total because those deferred tasks do not consume pool slots; pools where deferred tasks do consume slots still include them.
