Closing per the comment above: the cited evidence for this PR was fabricated (wrong TSC version, wrong release date, fake `vscode-file://` doc links), and the change as written silently breaks every user on `tableauserverclient` 0.27-0.34 because `incremental=False` is forwarded unconditionally on every `method="refresh"` call.
