   ## Summary

Update the Mentoring documentation so it no longer says Mentoring has no
shipped skill code. The `pr-management-mentor` skill now exists and is listed
as experimental in `docs/modes.md`.

   ## Background

The framework docs currently disagree about Mentoring status.
`docs/modes.md` lists `pr-management-mentor` as an experimental Mentoring
skill, but `README.md`, `docs/mentoring/README.md`, and
`docs/mentoring/spec.md` still describe Mentoring as proposed or say no skill
code exists yet. This makes the project status confusing for new contributors
and adopters.

   ## Where to look

   - `README.md` — update the Skill families section and Mentoring row.
   - `docs/mentoring/README.md` — update the family status and shipped-skill
wording.
   - `docs/mentoring/spec.md` — update the Status section so it says the spec
predates the runtime, but `pr-management-mentor` now exists.
   - Related: `docs/modes.md` — use this as the source of truth for current
Mentoring status.

   ## Acceptance criteria

   - [ ] The docs no longer say “No skill ships yet” or “No skill code yet”
where that conflicts with `pr-management-mentor`.
   - [ ] `README.md` and `docs/mentoring/README.md` both describe Mentoring as
experimental with `pr-management-mentor` available.
   - [ ] `docs/mentoring/spec.md` still reads as the Mentoring spec, but its
Status section reflects the current shipped prototype.
   - [ ] Links to `pr-management-mentor` and `docs/modes.md#mentoring` resolve.

   ## Estimated effort

~5-15 minutes for someone new to the repository.
