docs(mission): sync founding-member roster with board resolution draft
(#380)
Add the three initial PMC members present in the board resolution draft
but missing from MISSION.md's roster: Coty Sutherland (csutherl),
Rémy Maucherat (remm), and Richard Zowalla (rzo1). The resolution draft
is the authoritative source; MISSION.md now lists all 22 members.
